Child Safety Standards Policy

Violation of Child Safety Standards Policy

At Brahmin Community, we are deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of child safety and protection across all our platforms, products, and services. Our mission is to create a safe, respectful, and responsible environment where children’s rights and well-being are fully safeguarded.

We strictly adhere to global and local Child Safety Standards that prohibit any form of child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment—whether physical, emotional, or digital. Any behavior, content, or activity that violates these standards is taken extremely seriously and may result in immediate action, including suspension, termination, or legal reporting to appropriate authorities.

What Constitutes a Violation

A violation of our Child Safety Standards includes (but is not limited to):

  1. Sharing, creating, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  2. Engaging in or facilitating online grooming or exploitation.
  3. Posting or distributing content that endangers or harms children.
  4. Using our services to target, track, or manipulate minors.
  5. Failing to report suspected instances of child abuse or exploitation.

Our Commitment

A violation of our Child Safety Standards includes (but is not limited to):

  1. We actively monitor for potential violations using a combination of automated tools and manual review.
  2. Any detected violation triggers a zero-tolerance response — including content removal, user account suspension, and, when necessary, reporting to law enforcement.
  3. We continuously update our safety measures in alignment with international child protection laws and industry best practices.
